Lincoln Days Civil War Reenactment

The first Saturday and Sunday in June the Abe Lincoln Project, along with the City of Pittsfield, sponsors the Lincoln Days Civil War Reenactment at Lake Pittsfield.  Come step back in time in historic Pittsfield as Union and Confederate forces prepare for battle at the 480 acre Lake Pittsfield site.  This a family oriented event, so bring the kids.  Events include Infantry, Calvary, and Artillery drills, a ladies tea and fashion show, and battle reenactments both days.  There are children's games and crafts on Saturday, and a period church service on Sunday.  Hundreds of reenacters and civil war enthusiasts gather for this annual event.  Below you will find the schedule of events.  Visit the Abe Lincoln Project website, www.pikelincoln.com for information.
